Order & Payment


After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent within 24 hours an “Order Confirmation” email to the email address you gave us. This email is your receipt, pleases safe-keep it. Please review the order and advise us of any mistakes.


All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject the order before delivery should the product ordered be discontinued, or there is a price error or any reason whatsoever. In such an event, a full refund will be made to you.


1.) Internet transfer, PayNow, PayLah, and QR Pay. You can make payment to our account details or scan the QR code below.

2.) Paypal with major Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

3.) Local Cheque / Cashier's Order. All cheque must be crossed and made payable to "In Vogue Fine Furnishings Pte Ltd", write your name, contact number, and order number on the back of the cheque / Cashier's Order and send it to the address below. We will contact you once we received your cheque / Cashier's Order. The Cheque / Cashier's Order must be cleared before we process your order.

Shipping & Returns


The delivery time frame stated for the individual product are estimates and are subject to reconfirmation and changes.


Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver the goods in the timescale advised to you, unexpected delays may occur due to the production time frame, overseas loading plans, freight shipment logistics, quality control inspection, and other unforeseen circumstances.


We will contact you Two (02) weeks in advance to set up a delivery time frame with you.


We reserve the right to refund the customer or reschedule a time frame before delivery should the product is damaged or not in good condition due to our quality control inspection.


Delivery access is the responsibility of the customer.

All deliveries will be scheduled from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

As part of our exceptional service for furniture delivery, our delivery team will position your new furniture in exactly the spot you’d like it to be within your premises.


An additional charge will apply for delivery with no lift access or extra services like disposal of furniture or furnishings, etc.

We will be making every effort to meet the delivery schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances may happen. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, charges, or expenses that may arise from any delays, postponements, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.


Products before being delivered are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team in our manufacturing plant before packing and in our Singapore warehouse upon arrival. So that product deliveries are received in good condition unless damaged in transit.


You have both a right and a responsibility to inspect all products carefully at the time of delivery before you sign on the delivery document. Note down any damage (if any) to all copies of the delivery document in front of our delivery team.


Customer or their representative who sign for the delivery and do not notate any damage assume responsibility if the product is damaged.


We offer a free local delivery service for all our products with a minimum order of S$1,000 for lighting and S$3,000 for other products.


Our local delivery service fees are:

  • Free - for orders of S$1,000 and above.

  • S$100 - for orders below S$1,000 for lighting.

  • Delivery fees to be advised - for orders below $3,000 for other products.


For overseas orders, we will deliver your orders to your shipping agent in Singapore. The same local delivery fees apply. We can also recommend a shipping agent and/or help to coordinate with the shipping agent if required.


Packaging suitable for export is compulsory and will be made especially to fit the product.


Insurance for damage to or loss of the products in transit is compulsory.


An overseas shipping fee, packaging fee, and insurance fee apply.


Maximum free storage for up to One (01) month upon the delivery time frame stated. Any further storage duration is subject to charges based on commercial storage rates.


If the customer fails to collect or take delivery Three (03) months after the delivery time frame stated, this sales order will be void and all payment will be forfeited.


Please select carefully. We do not refund or exchange as all our products are on an indent basis. We recommend that you double-check your order at our showroom or online at the checkout page.

Warranty & Claims


We provide One (01) year limited warranty for manufacturing defect of all our products from the date of collection or delivery, except clearance product which is sold on an “as-is” basis.


Customer who purchases any clearance products is deemed to have accepted any defects and/or minor damages, we do not provide a warranty for any defects and/or minor damages not affecting the performance of the product.


For the product with a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will proceed with one of the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Repair or refurbish the defective product.

  • One to one exchange for the defective product only if it is beyond repair.

  • Exchange with an alternative product if it is discontinued.


All product is individually hand made. There can be minor variations in color, dimensions, and appearance with the product displayed in our showroom, on our web site, and in our advertisements.


Leather, Marble, and Wood are natural products. Every piece is unique and is hallmarked with its character and qualities. Such hallmarks include growth lines, crease lines, scars or marks; the texture, shade or color variation, and different density. These hallmarks are a testament to the natural origin of the product and should not be regarded as a defect or fault. For the discerning owner, such hallmarking has long been considered one of the principal attractions.


We do not provide any warranty for such occurrences.
